Getting started
What is FastChomp?
FastChomp is a math practice platform for Florida families. Students can practice grade-level skills while parents follow their progress and manage rewards.
Which grades are available?
FastChomp offers math practice for students in Grades 1–6, aligned with Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards for Mathematics. Students can practice grade-level math skills and build confidence while preparing for Florida's FAST and STAR assessments, as applicable to their grade.
How do I get started?
Create or sign in to your parent account, complete the parental consent process, and then create a student profile. Your child can sign in using their student username and PIN.
Parent accounts and student access
Does my child need an email address?
No. A parent manages the family account. Students sign in using a student username and PIN rather than their own email address.
Why do I need to confirm parental consent?
FastChomp requires parental consent before a student profile can be created. You receive an email with a confirmation link, review the Children's Privacy Notice, select the consent checkbox, and confirm. The link expires after 24 hours.
What if my parental consent link expires?
Return to your parent account and request a new parental consent email.
Can I withdraw parental consent?
Yes. You can withdraw consent through your parent account. Student access is blocked until valid parental consent is provided again. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete student profiles; you can manage or delete them separately.
What if my child cannot sign in?
Check the student username and PIN, confirm that the student profile is active, and make sure parental consent is current. If the problem continues, contact support.
Math practice and progress
What practice options are available?
FastChomp includes Daily Practice, Topic Quizzes, and Test Prep. Access to some activities depends on your family's plan.
Is FastChomp an official Florida FAST testing service?
No. FastChomp is an independent educational practice platform. Its content is organized around Florida B.E.S.T. Mathematics Standards, but it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida Department of Education, and its questions are not official FAST test questions.
How can I see my child's progress?
Sign in to your parent dashboard to review practice activity, accuracy, learning progress, and achievements.
Plans, billing, and rewards
Can I use FastChomp for free?
Yes. FastChomp offers a free plan with limited practice access. Paid family plans provide additional features and student capacity. Current prices and plan details are shown before checkout.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Sign in to your parent account, go to Settings → Subscription, and use the available billing controls to manage, change, or cancel your subscription. For billing questions, contact support@fastchomp.app.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals. Paid features generally remain available until the end of your current billing period. Subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. For billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions, please contact support@fastchomp.app.
Who provides the rewards my child earns?
Parents create and fulfill the rewards offered to their children. FastChomp tracks points and reward activity but does not supply parent-created rewards.
Privacy and account management
How is my child's information used?
Student information supports math practice, progress tracking, achievements, and parent-managed rewards. For details, please review our Children's Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my child's profile?
Yes. Parents can manage and delete student profiles through their account. If you need assistance with a privacy request, contact privacy@fastchomp.app.
